Hi, I’m Marina.

I’ve always gone after what I really wanted and believe you can too.

I spent seven years in advertising, managing teams, building new functions and processes, and serving on the executive leadership team. Today, as a certified professional coach (CPCC, ACC), I help people like you achieve more of what’s important to them. I also run the client engagement team at a corporate training and coaching organization that focuses on helping people take ownership of their careers and lives.

My coaching journey started as a young adult, participating in my high school’s “Big Sibs” program for incoming freshmen, and continued into my college years at Georgetown, where I mentored DC youth. I fell in love with growing people as I coached my teams at work.

Then, in 2016, I participated in Seth Godin’s altMBA program and learned about coaching as a profession. I started thinking that someday, I might want to do this. Someday.

Someday couldn’t wait, and my my coaching came to fruition while I was on Remote Year, a program that enables people to work remotely while traveling the world for a year with a group of 50 professionals. It was on Remote Year that I built Re:work, a mastermind designed for Remotes to figure out what they really wanted professionally and to go after it. Soon after coming back to my home in New York, I started working with a coach and began my coach training. I completed the Coaches Training Institute’s training and certification program and have coached people around the world in one-on-one and group settings.

I currently live in New York City and enjoy traveling, cooking with my husband, and playing with my Mini Goldendoodle, Nala.
